Total Tarot Collection is a site operated by Byline Publishing Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). e are registered in the UK under company number 01275893 and have our registered office at Level 2, Brockbourne House, Mount Ephraim, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN4 8BS.
These are the terms and conditions on which you can subscribe to the collections listed on our website www.totaltarotcollection.com (our site). By taking out a subscription for a particular collection, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You should print a copy of these terms and conditions or save them to your computer for future reference.
FORMATION OF CONTRACT
Your order to take out a subscription will only be binding on us when we send you our confirmation of acceptance of your order (the Order Confirmation). We will send you the first issue that is the subject of your subscription within 30 days of the date of the Order Confirmation, unless exceptional circumstances apply (e.g. where you take out a subscription more than 30 days before the first issue of the collection is published, in which case delivery within 30 days of Order Confirmation will not be possible). We will in such circumstances notify you of when we expect to be able to deliver the first issue ordered.
Collections on our site are only for sale in UK and Europe. If you are visiting this site from outside UK or Europe please contact us at totaltarot@bylinepublishing.com
The images of proposed covermounts and subscription gifts are for illustrative purposes only. We will make every effort to supply such covermounts and subscription gifts as are listed on our site but reserve the right to provide alternative covermounts and subscription gifts of similar value or to provide such covermounts and subscription gifts in a different order to that listed on our site.
General Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Except as set out below (Legal Right to Cancel) no refund will be due to you in respect of issues delivered to you prior to cancellation. We will refund any charges levied for issues not yet dispatched at the date of your cancellation. The easiest way is to telephone us on 0344 472 5243 or email us at totaltarot@bylinepublishing.com
Legal Right to Cancel
For a period only of 14 days from the day after you receive the first issue of your subscription, you may under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 cancel your subscription, and receive a full refund of the sums paid by you. You must return to us any issues you receive from us at your own cost and we reserve the right to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling them beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, and in particular your handling goes beyond that might reasonably be allowed in a shop. Unsealing the goods is an example of such handling that goes beyond what might reasonably be allowed in a shop.
The refund will be made to you within 14 days after the date on which we receive the issues back from you, or if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent it/them back to us.
We will refund you by such means as you paid for your subscription.
The easiest way to exercise your legal right to cancel is to telephone us on 0344 472 5243 or to complete the cancellation form [insert link to form] on our site. If you are emailing us or writing to us please include your name, address, phone number and customer number to help us to identify your account. If you send us your cancellation notice by email or by post, then your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the email or post the letter to us.
Subscription offers
Items offered as part of a subscription offer are subject to your subscription remaining in force at the relevant time that items become due in accordance with the subscription offer. Items offered as part of a subscription offer are not all due at the time you take out your subscription. By way of example, if an item is due at issue 15 you will only receive that item if your subscription remains in force at the time item 15 is dispatched.
If we or you cancel the subscription in accordance with these terms and conditions, you will not receive items offered as part of a subscription offer that fall due after such cancellation. If you receive any items after you cancel your subscription you should notify us and we will arrange for collection or reimbursement of your costs in returning them to us.
Price and Payment
The price of any subscription (plus delivery costs) will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error when we will notify you and either give you the option of purchasing at the correct price or cancelling your subscription. You acknowledge the cost of issues that are the subject of the subscription may increase from time to time and you authorise us to seek payment for the relevant cost applicable from time to time.
You hereby authorise us (or our payment processor) to collect payment by the method and at the times indicated in the order form.
Our Liability
If we fail to comply with these terms and conditions we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that breach or our negligence. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the date we sent you the Order Confirmation.
We only supply out products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes in any way any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Events beyond our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by an event outside of our reasonable control, including (by way of example only) strikes or other industrial action by third parties, a natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. If such an event an occurs that affects the performance of our obligations under these terms we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you, and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the relevant event. Where such an event affects our delivery of any issue to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the relevant event is over.
Our right to cancel
On certain occasions we may decide due to poor sales of a collection or for other reasons to withdraw that collection. In such event we shall notify you in writing of the end date of the collection and your subscription.
You have no right to any refund for issues already supplied and paid for if we cancel a collection (and thereby your subscription).

Other important terms
Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your legal rights.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. You and we both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
